I know there are a lot of fun and skilled people in health and fitness industry, which put their customers and customer needs, first andgive much information, products, and services. But the problem is most of the information, and reports from people in those days did not come directly from quality sources. Instead, the vast majority of information that people will see and hear from companies and individuals try to get a certain message across with a view to a sale.
