In this article, Gabriel Coussens shares on individual diet and life-changing transformations, including reverse diabetes. Gabriel Coussens is a holistic physician, author and family therapist.

Kevin: Let us first start by explaining a bit short for people who might not have seen you for who you are.

Gabriel: OK. Well, my interest in the live feed started in 1975, which was not for health reasons, but because to go deep in meditation, whichI came a little voice came out and said you must learn to eat and live in a way that supports your unfolding spiritual energy. At the moment, as a holistic physician, a psychiatrist, family therapist, I began to discover. I also had something living in India in a cycle of seven years, so I had access to a lot of people who were very interested in the spiritual path. As it evolved in this period of the cycle of seven years, it became very clear that food was the most alivestrong support to a diet plan for spiritual life.

In yogic terms, represented live feed of a very high or high dietary prana life to helping people in on itself. We used the term sattvic, turning inwards on itself. Other diet they eat meat. They get rajasic is an expression to be active. It is the executive diet, OK? So tamasic diet is equivalent to junk food, drugs, whatever. That kind of dull minds. When it became clear that the most powerfulsattvic diet, diets that you change into your own inner experience was a live diet. Basically it helps people super-conductor of the divine.

Kevin: Where did learn some of the principles of organic food? Do you have a mentor?

Gabriel: Actually it was mostly my own trial and error. Looking at the different diets. Try different diets. Read different things. I was exposed to many people. Actually not so much in the beginning. The truth is it took awhile going through something kind of exploring. So after that I have more to live food, I began to meet people in live food movement. It was more so. It was really in 1983 after a 40-day fast that I completely 100 percent since then and live food.

So it is 25 years. But it was all self-motivation in the sense that there is not, "I want to find the best diet for me," but to really support the thousands of people I worked with the best dietthe spiritual life, period. And like everything I did in my book "knowingly Eating ',' Spiritual food," my first book in 1986, "The Green Rainbow Diet" We are all different holes, all the different problems that people can fall into, and then wrote books for correction.

So this is like a scientist because I was published, even in college newspapers in biophysics and biochemistry, published in the Columbia Medical School and continue to publish newspapers. In thiscase it was simply to take the science and say: 'OK. This is not quite perfect. Some people succeed. Some people are not successful. What's going on? " Now we can say: "Yes it can use aviation fuel, but you need to jet pilot school because you need to know how to work." You must know how best to work with the energies that have been made.

That's why we came up with the idea to individualize your diet. In the book "Eating consciously" Actually youconscious here. There are a number of different systems out there. It is generally acknowledged that we have 20,000 to 30,000 different genes, perhaps 200,000 different gene variants, there is no one diet for everyone. Roger Williams in 1950 came out with a book called "Biochemical individuality." He was a professor of nutritional biochemistry. We are unique individuals. There is no average person. It is a myth. Once we came to understand that you individualize your dietaccording to their biochemical individuality, according to your genetic tendencies, so we began to see that we have a 100% success for the people do when they are properly coached can get, whether you need more protein or more complex carbohydrates and less fat. They are variations that once you do it together, people can actually eat in a way that their energy and their stamina and maximize quality of life. It is such an important contribution.

We have a masterprogram live foods vegan diet, and one of our graduate students have interviewed 525 people. These are people who ate less than two years 80% live and 87.5% of the people were more spiritual interest, increased mental clarity, greater emotional stability. It is a statement there. Nothing really happens in live food.

You look at the diabetes thing. One of the hidden things in the movie "Simply Raw" they are reversed course on diabetesbeginning that the group is like watching a herd cats. This is not the easiest thing. Their minds were not ready. Their endurance was weak. It's like, 'Whoa. "But ultimately, what do they do? They walk up the hill, that is your highest human potential. At first they could not do. They could not go. Second, their thoughts were clear. They started kind of sparkle in their minds. Enormous changes in a very, very short time. It's exciting. So there is somethingperformed with live foods, which make this transformation possible.
